Experience big-time crawling in a compact package with the Ascent-18 Scout II Brushless, our 1:18 scale ready-to-run crawler packed with premium components. Powered by a 3450kv 1212-size brushless motor and a 3-channel ESC, this mini machine delivers serious torque, speed, and efficiency—perfect for backyard boulders or indoor obstacle courses.
Whether you're pushing boundaries or cruising trails, the Scout II is equipped with high-quality electronics, a 2.4GHz radio, and includes a 750mAh 2S LiPo battery and charger. You’ll only need four AA batteries to get rolling.
Scaled Down—Performance Turned Up
Despite its size, the Scout II is built like its 1:10 scale cousins—durable, capable, and fully loaded. The 3450kv motor delivers speed and torque with improved run-time efficiency. The new "HIGH STEER" front-end geometry adds tighter turning and greater articulation with a redesigned axle housing and portal setup. From portal gears and ring-and-pinion internals to machined aluminum spools and chassis rails—it’s built to endure. Aluminum-capped oil-filled shocks, hex drive hardware, underdrive gear options, and 7mm wheel hexes invite performance upgrades and personalization.
Detail-Rich Craftsmanship
The International Scout II body is faithfully recreated and features a forward tilt mount with LED lighting—easy access and true-to-life style. The 3-channel 2.4GHz system offers servo reversing, dual rates, steering trims, and a compact ESC-receiver combo for clean chassis layout. It arrives fully assembled with everything you need to hit the trails—just add AA batteries for the transmitter.
Upgrade Ready
Compatible with many parts from the brushed Ascent-18 Scout II, Ascent-18, and MT-18 platforms. Expand your crawler’s potential with hop-up parts in aluminum, brass, or steel. Whether you want style, strength, or strategic weight, the upgrade path is wide open. Brass Parts: Axle covers, skid plates, front/rear links and more—add strength and crawling balance. Aluminum Parts: Available in red or bronze, including servo horns, diff covers, shock bodies and more. Steel Gears: Overdrive/underdrive gear sets offer competitive tuning for serious drivers.
