"Mach GoGoGo", also known as "Speed Racer" internationally, is a Japanese anime series about automobile racing produced by Tatsunoko Production. It aired on Fuji Television in Japan for 52 episodes from 1967 to 1968. The story follows the protagonist Go Mifune , who races around the world in the "Mach 5" , a super car equipped with special functions. In addition to dynamic car action, the series also features suspense and human drama, gaining popularity primarily among children at the time. It was broadcast overseas under the title "Speed Racer" and still has a strong fan base today. In 2008, it was also adapted into a live-action Hollywood film.
