This is the replacement motor for the E-flite Viper 90mm EDF Jet and is designated for 6S (22.2V) maximum.
6S LiPo is the maximum recommended voltage.
Yes you can run two 4S batteries in parallel to share the load. The batteries should ideally be of the same brand, C-Rating and capacity.
The motors max voltage rating is 6S, so make sure to not connect your 4S batteries in series.
